Stay ahead of the competition and improve athleticism this Spring at 303 Hockey & Training Center

This program is designed for any current or incoming High School, Bantam, or U15 player looking for strength training and on ice skill practice this spring. Matt Kelley will lead customized strength and conditioning programs daily.

In addition, all players will have access to the off ice skills area for stick skills.  Ice will be available for independent skill development, and 3 on 3 Hockey.

Strength Training - 
All strength training programs are specially designed to be age appropriate and will be led by a certified instructor.

Development focus areas include:

  • Teaching correct form and technique
  • Flexibility and Mobility
  • Speed and agility
  • Overall Strength and Power
    -  core, legs, arms, shoulder and back

Clinic Fee - $300
